Fact-check your marketing claims against public sources.

Lenz is a fact-checking service for marketing copy. It identifies factual statements it can check against independent public sources — a market figure, a competitor’s price, a claim about what a product does — and returns a result for each, with the evidence it found on both sides.

Competitor and market claims.

“The market grew 12% last year.” “Competitor X charges $49.” Lenz searches for public sources that support or contradict each and returns what it found, every source named and dated. When Lenz finds no public evidence for a statement, the finding says so and the result scores low. Treat that statement as unverified.

Verify a competitor’s price or feature

Lenz searches public pricing pages and documentation for evidence of the stated price or feature. Check the source’s date and any plan, region or billing conditions before you quote it.

Comparative advertising claims: first, only, fastest

A comparison against the market is checked against what the market has published, and comes back with the sources where the public record settles it. A “first” or an “only” usually does not settle: no search can show that nothing else exists, so that claim stays yours to substantiate.

Check a landing page, ad copy or a sales deck inside Claude or Cursor.

Submit the text from the window it was drafted in (Claude: one sign-in; Cursor and Claude Code: one command with your key). Send the landing page, the deck, the launch post or the ad copy whole: Lenz picks out the claims it can check against public sources, so you are not pulling them out yourself. Results come back one per claim, with the sources on a full verification.

What comes back: the sources for and against.

A full verification includes the sources on both sides and the reasoning that weighed them. Read them against the statement before deciding whether to revise it.

Claim substantiation: what a public-source tool does not do.

Public-source checks can inform claim substantiation; they do not validate private test results, prove exclusivity, or replace legal review of an advertising claim.

Lenz checks claims in text against public sources. It does not judge whether a model wrote the copy.

Pricing

Free tier, no card: 100 assessments or 10 full verifications a month, in any combination. Developer is $99 a month for 5,000 assessments or 500 full verifications, the same way, and Scale is $399 a month for production volumes. Every plan includes 1,000 extractions a day, an extraction being one call however long the text.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, and it is the case a public-source check is strongest on: a price they publish, a figure they announced, a claim in their own filings or in coverage of them. Lenz returns the sources on both sides, so a claim you make about a competitor is one you can show the evidence for. It checks what has been published about them, not what is true inside their company.

Sources can include a competitor’s pricing page, regulatory filings, analyst reports and news articles; their relevance depends on the statement being checked. Independence means Lenz checks against sources outside the model that wrote the copy and outside your own team, not that every source is neutral about its subject.

Yes. A full verification is a record you can download and share, with the sources on both sides and the reasoning that weighed them.

They are two different checks. An assessment is a judgement: a panel of models reads the claim and returns a result with a confidence level, in about 10 seconds. A full verification is an investigation: Lenz searches independent public sources, weighs what supports and contradicts the claim, and returns the verdict with those sources and the reasoning, in about 90 seconds per statement.

Yes. Lenz wrote the launch paragraph, ran the checks and published them — every row links to its result. Your own copy is never used as an example, and what you send through the API or a connector stays private to your account.
