Fast check/assess1 credit
A panel of models returns a verdict, a confidence and the pages the reviewers looked at.
Verification/verify10 credits per claim
Independent sources are searched and retrieved, each quote is checked against the page it came from, both sides of the claim are argued, and the verdict ships with its citations and reasoning. API callers can go cheaper and faster: depth: "low" is the same verification with less source research and a shorter debate — back sooner, for 5 credits.
Follow-up/ask1 credit
A question about a finished verification, answered from its evidence.
Extraction/extractfree
Lists the checkable claims in a text; checks nothing. Up to 1,000 a day per account, shared across your API keys, resetting at midnight UTC.
Citation check/citecheck1 credit a citation
For each citation in a draft, checks whether the source says what the draft attributes to it. You pay for the citations checked: a source that could not be read is not charged. The same check inside /review costs the same.

Lists the claims in a draft, fast-checks each one, and verifies the doubtful ones: 1 credit per fast check, 10 per verification, and 1 per checked citation when you ask for its citations to be checked.

Can I mix the quantities in a plan? Yes. A plan is one balance of credits per account, shared across the web app, the API and every integration. The checks, verifications and follow-ups listed under a plan are alternatives, not separate allowances: spend the balance on any mix of them.

Do unused credits carry over? No. Your monthly credits refresh every month — on annual plans too, where the billing is yearly but the allowance is monthly — and unused ones do not roll forward. Signup and invitation grants are separate: they never expire, and they are spent after the monthly allowance runs out.

What happens when I run out? A request is declined when your remaining balance cannot cover its cost, so a verification stops while cheaper calls may still run. There is no automatic overage charge. Extraction keeps working inside its daily cap. Check what is left on your usage page.

All paid plans renew automatically and can be canceled any time from your billing page.
