“Four Republican members of the U.S. House of Representatives from Michigan wrote to Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney accusing Canada of poor forest management related to wildfire smoke affecting the United States.”

The evidence directly supports this account. A July 15, 2026 House letter shows four Republican U.S. representatives from Michigan wrote to Prime Minister Mark Carney and accused Canada of poor forest management contributing to wildfire smoke affecting the United States. Independent coverage aligns with the primary document.

“More than 100 Democratic members of the U.S. House of Representatives voted to block billions of dollars in U.S. military aid to Israel, but the effort was unsuccessful.”

The claim matches the reported House vote. Multiple major outlets reported that 103 Democrats voted for a failed amendment to block $3.3 billion in military aid to Israel, so the count, the scale of aid, and the unsuccessful outcome are all supported. The only caution is to distinguish this vote from other Israel-aid votes in different years or in the Senate.

“Texas has 38 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives.”

Official federal and Texas state sources clearly show that Texas has 38 seats in the U.S. House of Representatives. The 2020 Census apportionment gave Texas 38 seats, and current House, Congress.gov, and Texas election listings all align with that number. A minor secondary-source error about the size of Texas’s gain does not change the confirmed total.

“As of April 2026, the Texas delegation to the U.S. House of Representatives consisted of 24 Republicans, 13 Democrats, and one vacancy in Texas's 23rd congressional district.”

Official House records and contemporaneous reporting support the stated composition. After Tony Gonzales resigned effective April 14, 2026, Texas’s U.S. House delegation stood at 24 Republicans, 13 Democrats, and one vacancy in the 23rd district. Conflicting secondary tables appear to reflect stale or differently timed updates rather than a substantive contradiction.

“During a private Saturday call, Democratic members of the United States House of Representatives from Virginia and Hakeem Jeffries discussed strategies after losing a redistricting case at the Supreme Court of Virginia, including trying to flip two or three Republican-held seats under the existing map.”

The claim is supported by direct and corroborated evidence. Multiple reports described a private Saturday call after Democrats lost in the Supreme Court of Virginia, and Hakeem Jeffries later publicly confirmed that the group discussed trying to win “2 or 3” Republican-held seats under the existing map. The court loss and the post-ruling strategy discussion are both documented.
